TIDES ANTONIA DANNENBERG
TIDES ANTONIA DANNENBERG
With her collection “tides”, Antonia Dannenberg addresses the ecological impact of climate change and global warming on our oceans. Rising sea levels and warming surface waters not only threaten marine ecosystems but also life on land. The collection uses the tides as a symbol of constant change and the fragile balance of nature. I interpretED this theme visually. The sea is both symbol and mirror of life: calm and wild, creative and destructive, freedom and danger at the same time. Ebb and flow reveal the eternal cycle of becoming and passing away – a law of nature we cannot control. The moon directs the sea like an invisible conductor, yet humanity is destroying the very stage on which this play unfolds.

THE FILM WAS SHOWN AT BERLIN FASHION WEEK 25.
